How to log in to your own ‘My Account’ environment of a RAI event webshop
Since 2023 the RAI has changed and improves her login procedure. The big advantage is that from now on you as a customer only need 1 account for all RAI applications. Unfortunately, the disadvantage is that you as user will be asked to create an account once. Sorry for this inconvenience.
First time and registration with the new login procedure:
All exhibitor webshops that are currently live can be found here: https://service.rai.nl/events
Please select the event webshop you want to use and to log into.
- To login click on the ‘Sign-in’ button at the top right of the RAI webshop.
- Please provide your current login credential (E-mail).
- If you are using the new login method for the first time, you will be asked to create an account.
- After you have entered your detail information and click on the "Create account" button, you will receive a verification email in the mailbox of the specified e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your spam box.

- By clicking on the provided link your e-mail address 1) your account will be activated and 2) you will be redirected to your personal ‘My Account’ environment of the webshop.
New login procedure after registration:

Please select the event webshop you want to use and to log into
- To login click on the ‘Sign-in’ button at the top right of the RAI webshop.
- Please provide your login credential (E-mail).
- Please provide your login credential (Password). After providing your password and clicking on the ‘Next’ button, you will be redirected to your personal ‘My Account’ environment of the webshop
- This new login procedure does also provide the possibility to create a new password. After providing and submitting your current e-mail (login credential) you will receive an instruction email on how to create a new password.
