The RAI is only accessible with a valid access badge. In the webshop you can find the table which indicates which badge you need where and when, and which safety regulations apply.
during build-up and breakdown wearing approved safety shoes is compulsory. When the red revolving warning light is on, safety shoes and a hard hat are mandatory.
Registration obliged
The registration for a build-up or breakdown badge is obliged for all stand builders and suppliers. This because we like to know who is working with us, so that we can act adequately in the event of an emergency.
Follow these steps to arrange your build-up/breakdown badge. Got to the webshop of your event > Event information > Access & badges > scroll down and click on the red button "Register for a build-up/breakdown badge" to arrange this.
After registration you receive a pick up message by e-mail which you can pick up your build-up and break down badge at several locations in the RAI. On-site registration is also possible, but can involve waiting times.
Exhibitors have access to RAI Amsterdam during the build-up period with the voucher for the exhibitors badge. You will immediately receive a build-up badge by scanning the voucher at a dispensing column at the entry doors.
The build-up badge has a barcode. By scanning this code at the exit you can leave the parking garage free of charge.
