I booked a parking ticket online but am arriving in a different car. How can I change the licence plate?
You don't have to change your registration as you can also exit the garage by scanning the barcode featured on your parking pass. Another option is to log in via the online account and change the licence plate in My Bookings. Open your booking, select 'change parking space' and use the 'marker'.

Buy a new parking pass for the correct date and send an email indicating which booking number should be cancelled. You will receive a refund in the coming workdays.
Refund complains
If you feel you've overpaid for parking, send an email including at least the following details: registration, IBAN, name and a print screen of your payment. Should this involve a P+R payment please also add your related public transport travel as an attachment. This can be requested from GVB by sending an email to kls@gvb.nl or via ov-chipkaart.nl.
